We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use COYG mini‑apps built by London Is Red Studios (the “Service”).

Information We Collect

• Cookies and identifiers: an anonymous device cookie (anon_id) to keep drafts and rate‑limits; if you sign in with Reddit, a reddit_username cookie to attribute leaderboard entries.
• Predictions: season, matchday, home/away scores, mode (anonymous, reddit, history), timestamps.
• Invites: email addresses you provide solely to send invitations; stored with minimal metadata (sender, count, created) for audit.
• Operational logs: basic request logs and aggregated usage metrics for reliability and abuse prevention.

How We Use Information

• Operate and improve the Service (compute stats, render leaderboards, prevent spam/abuse).
• Deliver invites you request via email.
• Communicate essential service notices or respond to feedback.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where an integration is required to provide the Service (for example, Reddit for sign‑in or Buy Me a Coffee for optional contributions) and with core infrastructure (e.g., hosting/email) to operate the site. These third‑party services may collect and log information such as usernames and payment details under their own policies. We recommend reviewing their Privacy Policies and Terms of Use as well. Data may be processed in the United States.

Retention

Prediction records and minimal invite logs are retained to support stats and abuse prevention. You may request removal of personal identifiers (e.g., email invite logs) where feasible.

Your Choices

• Use the Service without Reddit sign‑in (anonymous mode won’t appear on leaderboards).
• Clear cookies to remove local identifiers; you can also request deletion of invite logs.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We will adjust the “Updated” date below.
